I ordered three bags (Aimee Travel BiB, Marlows Shoulder Bag, and Rey Shoulder Bag) and opted for express delivery. Unfortunately, my order was delivered to a different country. Upon noticing the error, I contacted Toscano Crew customer service, who promptly apologized and arranged for a new package to be sent. Within 48 hours, I received the replacement order, and as a gesture of apology, they refunded the express delivery fees.
Upon receiving my order, I discovered a manufacturing issue with the Aimee Travel bag. I notified the team, and once again, they responded swiftly with an apology and sent a replacement bag within less than a week. Additionally, they offered to keep the defective bag and generously provided a 20% discount for my next purchase, valid for one year.
I would also advise to be mindful of potential customs fees when ordering internationally, as they can be quite expensive.
Overall satisfied with the entire service, the quality of the leather bags is just great, soft and light, and I'm happy to carry Tocco's bag.
